There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival.
Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Reception hours are 8 AM to noon and 1-6 PM Monday-Friday, 8:30-11 AM and 1-6 PM on Saturday, and 9 AM to noon on Sunday. This property is not suitable for guests who are required to quarantine, due to the property's communal areas. Bookings for individuals or groups for the purpose of attending parties during Schoolies weeks (mid-November through mid-December annually) are prohibited and will be rejected.
